As well as being the first month of winter, June is also the month of the winter solstice in the southern hemisphere, the shortest day of the year. That got me thinking about all things fleeting, which in turn became my inspiration for this month’s short story, light story, musing and travelling sprout.
I hope you enjoy this month’s September Sprouts.
If you know someone who would enjoy reading the blog each month, please forward it to them and ask them to subscribe.
And I’m excited to share that reading guides are now available for all four of my novels! Whether you’re part of a book club, love reflecting on characters and themes, or simply enjoy exploring the “why” behind a story, these guides are designed to make your reading experience even richer. Inside you’ll find:
- Discussion questions
- Themes and reflections
- Author insights
- Topics to spark conversation long after the final page
If you’ve read my novels — or have one waiting on your TBR pile — this is the perfect companion to explore the stories in a whole new way.
In further news, novel number five is now in the editing stage and will be coming out later this year!!
Read to grow.
